On-line Registration

Got an event that your would that you would like to promote with on-line registration but thought you could not justify the cost. Then chose from our gallery of forms, provide a description of the event and upload a graphic of logo and we will create a registration page for $200.00 which will include:

• creation of an online registration form from one of our predefined forms.
• up to 2 months hosting on  the internet
• storage of all responses in a file for easy import into an excel spread sheet or ms access database with your own password access to have the file emailed to you on demand
• an automatic email sent to the person registering with the form information submitted and copy to you.
• a subdomain name with the name of the event ( e.g., OpenHouse.rsvp.net) to help promote the internet registration

Great solution for business parties, open house events, local school community or sports organization registrations, church dinners, special community or church events,  weddings, anniversary and  birthday parties to name a few.

Options:

• Customize the form with your own field names
• use your own domain name
• extend the online registration for up to one year
• process online payment with Payflow or link to your own Payment gateway
• combine the registration with additional custom designed web pages for the events, such as hotel information, travel directions etc.
• write the results to a MS Access or SQL database with integration with Event Management Applications.
